CRAP I CAN'T TURN IT OFF! CRAPCRAPCRAPCRAP!
OH! OOOOOOoooooh! Oh! There is goes. BACK TO NORMAL!
Honestly that was probably one of the worst introductions I've ever done to one of my blog posts. However, you get another one of these because I missed my Monday post (more on that in a bit).
Or maybe you're going to learn about it right now!
This week and last week have been absolutely insane. I had my thesis paper due Sunday last (turned out to be a 50-page paper) and my Defence today, my final project for my Web Design class was due today (the final test is Friday—I'm praying to the three goddesses that I don't just fail that out-of-hand), I have my Gallery Exhibition final—an exhibition proposition—due Friday as well, a final test next Tuesday for my Indie Films class, and a 30–50 page business proposal due next Tuesday for my Professional Arts Practices class. I'm not honestly sure I actually survived—maybe I've actually died but my mind can't register that I had the great fortune of evading all the rest of the responsibility in my life, so I'm stuck thinking I have all this stuff due...
Truth drop: I haven't even been able to play videogames in like a week, which is exactly three full eternities for a gamer like myself. I may have actually died due to videogame withdrawal.
So a couple neat things: I passed my defence! My thesis board was like: "YAY YOU DID THE THING YES GOOD" or (more accurately), "Nicely done. I like how you pulled together all these disciplines and put a lot of time and effort getting deep into the work—you've done a fine job. *Grumbles about previous students who were not as passionate or as involved in their work*." I just finished my Web Design final project (coding a home page and two navigable pages) a couple hours ago and it looks so sick! I am still frightened of what's going to happen with my business proposal!
So remember: there's (hopefully) going to be a Fanday Friday! in a couple days, the world is a crazy place, and we're all going to make it through.
tl;dr I have so much to do. I am sorry I missed my post, please forgive me—I did a funny thing at the beginning? I PASSED MY THESIS DEFENCE AND I FORGOT TO TURN CAPS LOCK OFF. Also, I am super in love with the phrase I am colossus right now. Not entirely sure why, or how it's going to work out.
